Seatbelts Seat belts are required to be worn in all U.S. states, the only exception is New Hampshire; which for some reason does not require this.

Though each state has its own speed limit laws in some states any vehicle traveling at less than the posted speed limit, impeding five or more vehicles, is required to pull of the road to allow traffic to pass.

Unless otherwise posted, it's safe to assume that the RV speed limit or "towing" speed limit is ten miles per hour slower than that for passenger cars.
